What does your working day look like now? When I started working from home in March, I had just returned from Japan on holiday, so I was severely jet-lagged, which meant I was waking up a lot earlier than usual, often at 5 am. Working from home allowed me to start work early during these first weeks, which suited me and the jet lag! During lockdown – a team member’s experience of remote working.

Can you give us an overview of your working day? I stay as close to normal working hours as possible (sometimes, I work through lunch with no one to remind me!). Since I’m not doing my make-up or commuting, I can enjoy another hour in bed, which is always nice!  I get up around 8.30 am, make coffee and breakfast, and start work between 9 and 9.30 am. I’ll stop for a bite to eat at some point, but I usually stay at my desk or only take a quick 10 minutes away. I’ll finish between 5 and 5.30, and
