We have launched our first Trailblazer Challenge with three local colleges, St John Rigby, Winstanley and Wigan & Leigh, to find our 2020 winning Trailblazer Challenge student, college and tutor.
The Trailblazer Challenge takes place within the Salesforce Trailhead environment where all participants will learn about Salesforce, development & coding, admin and life-skills to help with future career opportunities. They are set tasks and quizzes to earn points and to win badges and after 7 months we will be crowning our 2020 Trailblazer Champions.
Each month our Cloud Perspective Trailblazer Mentors will visit our colleges bringing with them inspirational speakers, top tips to succeed in the challenge, and advice and support for all of our Trailblazers.

In addition, up to 6 students will be selected to go through to a Salesforce Certification exam, paid for by Cloud Perspective, and following the competition there will be work placement opportunities for up to 3 students.

However, not one of our workforce knew about Salesforce, the opportunities available to them on a global scale, and where it could take them. By introducing these local students to Salesforce at college age, we are giving them a head start and introducing a host of new and exciting career possibilities that can take them across the globe or right here in Wigan!
