All of our Trailblazing students are taking on our Trailblazer Challenge with enthusiasm and a healthy dose of competitive spirit and we are seeing some amazing results already.
The borough-wide college Trailblazer Challenge Competition was launched to find the champion Trailblazer out of over 100 students from St John Rigby Sixth Form College, Winstanley College and Wigan and Leigh College.
Here we reveal who is leading the way, so far, in our tasks and challenges across the Salesforce Ecosystem. The Trailblazer Challenge draws to a close in May when we will be crowning our Trailblazer Champion student and the winning college.
This month we released the first leaderboard and we saw that Jonathan Ely from St John Rigby Sixth Form College is the top performer with James Birkenhead and Joel Cook from Winstanley College close behind.

“I was surprised by how in-depth some of the tasks are and the students have gained a lot of knowledge. They have all enjoyed the challenge, so far, and they have been very positive about it. The students have also developed a healthy level of competition between themselves which has spurred them on.
“The Trailblazer Challenge helps students gain customer relationship management skills which are applicable to any career and will make them very competitive in the job market.
